Brush Pre-Sets

            Knowing I have the power to manipulate pictures is really the whole purpose of Photoshop. The lecture we had on Wednesday just blew my mind away when I learned we can create our own texture in an image. I had to set my mind to do something interesting and detailed. That being said, I selected a number of pictures that had a lot of detail and resolution. The reason I saved those selections is because I wanted them to have a good aspect of both positive and negative space. If they have too much negative or positive, the design would look really lame and boring. They would also look a little retarded because it would be too simple to look at. The head/face hair was an exception because it was very difficult to get a good selection using Notan.
